When your premises alarm sounds at 02.30 am who does your Central Station contact? If it is Abbot Security Services you will be guaranteed a 20 minute response time to your premises, a uniformed driver and a liveried vehicle. Your keys will be unmarked and the service fully insured. If your alarm needs an engineer reset, we will liaise with the alarm company to meet their engineer on site. On our arrival, we will inspect the exterior of the building for signs of break-in and, if not, we will enter using your unmarked keys and silence the alarm. If signs of a break-in are noted, we will summon the police and await their arrival. The nominated client contact will be notified in these circumstances immediately. A full inspection of the zone activated will be carried out and a report left for the client. If your alarm can be reset, we will have the code to do so. Your premises will then be fully resecured. If you are the person the Central Station summons to your alarm activation, how are you going to get there? What if the alarm engineer takes four hours to arrive? These are a few questions you could be asking yourself - Abbot have the answers. |
