This strategy allows us to invest time researching new ways of improving service, such as utilising Information Technology, which has led us to be able to offer Internet retrieval facilities and the Abbot Asset Management System.
As a privately owned company we are free from the demands and constraints of shareholders and therefore are able to offer flexible 'Tailored' solutions.
On a day-to-day basis, our independent status means we can respond quickly to demands. In the long-term, it allows us to invest where we see fit in order to deliver the best possible service.
